Brian Hanley and his wife Helen who stayed in 2008:

“We enjoyed our stay immensely. The cottage caters for four people who know each other well. Tastefully decorated in a modern, slightly quirky way, with all modern cooking items, we felt very comfortable. The host Graham was friendly and helpful without being intrusive, knowledgeable about local walks and cycle paths, and pubs and eateries. The cottage was ideal for exploring Southwold, Dunwich, and for the nature reserve. On arrival, the welcome pack of brie, crusty bread, wine and milk and butter was a delight and great if you have travelled a long way and arrived too late for a supper out. We would have no hesitation to stay again at this fabulous place”.
